Advice for clay shooters in England during lockdown 3

England entered lockdown 3 on Jnauary 6th 2021; what does this mean for clay shooters? Find guidance from the CPSA on shooting during lockdown
Iain Parker and John Martin - CEO and Chairman of the CPSA respectively - have released the following statement advsiing clay shooter son the rules and guidance they should be following during lockdown number 3, which came into force on 6th January.
“All clay shooting grounds must temporarily close and all CPSA Registered Fixtures are cancelled following the Prime Minister’s announcement yesterday evening (4 January) that England is to go into national lockdown immediately (with force of law from 6 January).
As with previous lockdowns, we understand the disappointment this causes our members, who again must put aside enjoyment of their sport to come together with the nation to protect each other and the NHS. We thank our members for continuing their support during this difficult time.
Rest assured that the CPSA will continue to work with the government, police, and fellow associations so we can return to enjoying our sport as soon as possible.
