Hi guy's iam applying for my firearms cert and just checking out what typeof gun is best for an allrounder i have land to shoot on with rabbits and foxes. cheers

hi, there's a clibre for both of the above and each will performm admirably on it's respective quary but to expect an alround riffle to do agood job on both is a shooters dream, for rabbitsm i would say a .22 lr with mod and subsonics and fox a .22-250 all the best Ian.

Hi I agree with Ian I don't think there is an allrounder for both rabbit and fox for rabbits you can't beat a .22rf using subsonics as with a moderator (don't forget to add it on your application form) its quiet and doesn't spoil the meat as say the .17hmr. For foxes I'd go for .223 or 22-250

Most definitely go for a .22 rim-fire with sound mod and what about a .17 Remington fireball for your Fox's a million times better than the .17 rim-fire
