Andy Crow shares some of his extensive pigeon shooting knowledge in the first instalment of this “how to” pigeon shooting series - how to build the perfect hedgerow hide

Building a pigeon hide is an essential skill if you want to be successful when controlling the grey hordes, and who better to teach us how than Andy Crow himself!?

What materials should I be using to build my hide? Where should I position the hide? What equipment do I need to make a successful hide? How large should my pigeon hide be? All these questions and more are answered in the first instalment of Andy Crow’s Pigeon Shooting guide.

In this first episode, Andy teaches us how to build the perfect hedgerow pigeon hide that s comfortable, concealed and, most importantly of all, effective in helping you to bag more birds!

This series has been made in association with UK Shootwarehouse, which provides a wide array of pigeon shooting kit including decoys, flappers, hide building equipment, cradles and camo nets – it is one of Andy Crow’s choice suppliers for part of his extensive pigeon shooting arsenal. UK Shootwarehouse also sells a huge range of clothing, accessories, wildfowling decoys and equipment, optics and gundog equipment.
